2025 Season Highlights: Throughout the 2025 indoor and outdoor campaigns,
Tim Gale carved out a name as one of East Stroudsburg's most consistent and versatile mid-distance runners. His standout moment came at the
WCU Last Chance Meet, where he placed
2nd in the 800m with a season-best time of
1:58.77 — a fitting peak to months of hard work and growth.
Gale’s versatility was on display indoors, highlighted by a 6th-place finish in the Distance Medley Relay (DMR) at the PSAC Championships, along with strong individual results in the 800m and mile across meets like the SPIRE Collegiate Games and Gulden Invitational. His early-season performance at the West Point Open set the tone, earning him a top-2 finish in the 800m and a 7th-place mile run.
Outdoors, Gale remained a reliable scorer across multiple meets. He clocked 1:58.13 at the Covert Classic, 1:58.86 at Delaware, and contributed to a 7th-place 4x400m relay finish (3:32.65), showcasing his speed and team-first mentality. He also branched out with a solid 5th-place showing in the 1500m at the All-American Invitational.
