Summary

Biography

2025 Season Highlight: Johnson built an impressive 2025 campaign for East Stroudsburg University’s sprint squad. Primarily competing in the 400m and 4x400m relay, Johnson progressed steadily across both indoor and outdoor seasons — dropping time, climbing ranks, and delivering clutch relay legs throughout.

Outdoors, he recorded a personal season-best of 49.19 at the All-American Invitational, grabbing 2nd place in a competitive field. He continued that form with a 4th-place 49.38 performance at the Delaware Invitational, and followed up with a 49.84 at Monmouth for another strong top-5 finish. At the PSAC Championships, Johnson ran 50.18 in the prelims, placing 16th, and helped push ESU’s 4x400 relay squad to a 3rd-place finish in 3:14.22, a championship-level effort.

Indoors, he showed steady growth meet after meet — clocking 52.15 for 3rd at DeSchriver, 51.66 for 8th at Gulden, and 51.96 for 13th at Ramapo. He also tackled the 500m at West Point, placing 11th with 1:10.31, and helped guide the 4x400 to a 2nd-place relay finish in 3:25.70 at that same meet.

Throughout 2025, Johnson brought consistency and fire to the 400m lane and the anchor zone — proving himself as a reliable scorer and relay specialist. His season reflected both individual growth and team-first execution, all while laying the foundation for future podium runs.
