2025 Season Highlights: A lightning-fast sprinter and explosive horizontal jumper,
Nasir Heard showcased raw power and precision across the track and runway throughout East Stroudsburg’s 2025 season. With his versatility on full display — from the
100m dash to the
triple jump, and clutch relay legs — Nasir proved to be a multi-event weapon for the Warriors.
His biggest highlight came at the All-American Invitational, where he launched a massive 7.19m (23' 7.25") in the long jump, grabbing 4th place among elite competition. Earlier in the year, he set the tone by winning the triple jump at the Shippensburg Keystone State Challenge with a PR-level performance of 14.28m (46' 10.25"), followed by a strong 2nd place finish at Delaware Invitational.
Nasir also cracked the top 10 at Penn Relays, hitting 13.98m in the triple, and placed 8th at the Bison Classic (14.05m). Though his PSAC Championship marks — 6.61m in LJ (14th) and 13.57m in TJ (17th) — didn’t top the podium, he still helped the 4x100 relay team clock 41.68 in prelims and 42.34 in finals, netting a solid 5th-place overall finish.
