2024–25 Highlights: Andrew Dowdell showed steady progress across the middle-distance and cross country seasons, with his top moment coming at the All-American Invitational, where he placed 3rd in the 800m with a season-best time of 2:03.33 — marking his strongest individual result of the year.

Throughout the spring, Dowdell remained a valuable contributor to East Stroudsburg’s relay squad, helping secure a 7th-place finish in the 4x400 at the Delaware Invitational (3:32.65). His efforts in other meets reflected consistent competitive spirit, including strong showings across multiple 800m outings.

In cross country, Dowdell gained important experience racing in large collegiate fields, starting with a 51st-place finish at the Adelphi Panthers Invitational. As the fall progressed, he continued building endurance at meets like UMass Dartmouth and Lehigh Paul Short Run, where he took on challenging 8K courses with grit and determination.
