2025 Season Highlights: Manley turned in a quietly consistent 2025 season for East Stroudsburg — building strength across the
110m and 400m hurdle events, while also picking up wins and top finishes in indoor short hurdles throughout the winter.
Outdoors, Manley’s biggest moment came at the PSAC Championships, where he placed 6th in the 110m hurdles (15.24) after a sharp 15.07 prelim. He showed early-season momentum at the All-American Invitational, finishing 2nd in the 400m hurdles (1:00.22), and followed that with a 3rd-place finish at the Covert Classic (59.86). Additional highlights included 4th at Covert in the 110H (15.65) and 5th in the 400H at WCU Last Chance.
His hurdle form remained consistent across invitationals — placing in the top 10 at Delaware and Shippensburg, and clocking mid-15s times in nearly every 110H race of the season. In the 400H, he steadily dropped time from 1:02.48 at Monmouth to just under 60 seconds at peak form.
Indoors, Manley built momentum through short hurdles, highlighted by a win at DeSchriver in the 55H (8.49) after qualifying 2nd in prelims. He placed 5th in the 60H at Ramapo and West Point, and added performances at PSACs, Gulden, and multiple early-season meets — consistently lining up against deep competition.
