Won all nine flights – six in singles and three in doubles – to earn all 36 points at Pennsylvania Conference Championships. Placed tied for third at NCAA College Division Championships. Coached by Charles Wolbers, Warriors were in middle of stretch of 10 conference titles in 17 seasons. Neil Curtis, who played first singles, and Vince McHugh reached NCAA semifinals in doubles. Townsend Gilbert was national quarterfinalist in singles.
