Set single-game receiving mark. He caught 13 passes for 206 yards in a win over Edinboro in 1968. He gained All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference first team honors. He was a little All-America honorable mention and All-State second team selection. He made 84 career catches for 1,292 yards.
